I like how high the back is on the chair, definitely gives you a lot of support. Rolls around very easily and is very sturdy. Simple design and is not hard to put together. I appreciated the T-handle Allen wrench, which made for a very easy assembly. The seat itself feels very comfortable and doesn't seem to be made from that cheap memory foam that usually flattens over time. Overall, very pleased so far!

Easy set up and has everything I need. Tilt back. Lumbar support. Head rest. Adjustable arms. All for a decent price. Only drawback is it doesnt go low enough for my feet to comfortably touch the floor.
This chair is the best computer desk chair I've owned since retiring. It was easy to assemble using the Allen wrench provided. The chair is comfortable whether the armrests are up or down. The lumbar support is very good; however, the headrest is useless as it doesn't lean forward enough when I'm sitting upright in the chair.Overall, quality of the chair is good and it is good price-performer.

Chair came with most of the parts already assembled. Less than one month later...everything that came already assembled, i.e., arms, plastic arm rails, etc., all broke, split or fell off. This was a very big waste of money. I should have never gotten rid of my old chair. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY !!!!

CautionOnce you look at the parts you might think that one leg is broken (see first picture) But it' not.One leg is designed this way to be able to ship the chair in smaller box. just open the small box inside it youll find the leg.Overall chair look amazing for the price and really comfortable. atleast for a 160 pound guy this is really comfortable.5 star.

It took me less than 30 minutes to assemble it myself and I really appreciate that they assorted and labeled all screws so that I can follow the instructions better. The instructions could be better as the instructions do not state which screws to use as the first step, but you kinda just figure there is only one set of screws not mentioned and only one thing that needs 10 screws, and that is to screw the legs to the base. Use a little common sense and you'll be fine. The seat itself is very cushiony on day one. Let' see how it holds up over the next few months.
When I bought this chair, it came with a clip on coupon, which made the adjustable armrest the same cost as the non adjustable one, which was nice. I love how everything is adjustable, from the headrest, to the back support, and the height. The cushion is really soft, and the back support is unbeatable.
